Our features

Everything an audit asks for. In one place.

Documents from building blocks

Assemble policies, procedures and work instructions from ready-made, standard-aligned building blocks. Switch sections on or off instead of deleting pages of text — and add your own wording where you need it.

Your own documents, controlledCOMING SOON

Bring the documents you already have. Each file gets an owner, a version, a status and a review date, so nothing circulates uncontrolled.

Versions & approvals

Editors prepare, managers approve. Every save records what changed, who changed it, when, and who approved it — the revision table an auditor expects to see.

Statement of Applicability

Go through every ISO 27001 Annex A control: applicable or not, implementation status, a comment — and which of your documents addresses it.

Policies linked to controls

Each building block is mapped to the controls it covers. Turn a section on and the matching controls are marked as applicable automatically.

Review dates & remindersCOMING SOON

Every controlled document gets a review date. See what is due, what is overdue and who owns it — before the auditor does.

Records & evidenceCOMING SOON

A register for general record keeping — forms, logs, minutes and evidence — each with an owner, a retention period and a link to the requirement it proves.

Employees & competenceCOMING SOON

Keep the people side in order: an employee register with roles and responsibilities, training and competence records.

Audit-ready exportCOMING SOON

Export documents and your Statement of Applicability as PDF with your company letterhead, ready to hand over in an audit.

Your data. Your own database.

Compliance records are sensitive. Most online tools keep every customer in one big shared database. Standardico gives every company its own separate, isolated database — your documents, Statement of Applicability and revision history are never stored next to another customer's.

  • Separate database for every company
  • Encrypted HTTPS everywhere
  • Viewers, editors, managers and admins — editors can't approve their own changes
  • Company files kept private, never on a public link

How it works

From blank page to audit evidence.

Choose your standards

Pick the ISO standards you work towards. Each one comes with its requirements or controls ready to go.

Build and control your documents

Assemble policies and procedures from building blocks, fill in scope, roles, owner and review frequency, and save with a note on what changed.

Approve and prove it

A manager approves each version. Your Statement of Applicability and revision history stay in sync — ready when the auditor asks.

Good questions

Straight answers.
Does Standardico make us ISO certified?

No. Certification is issued by an accredited certification body after an audit of your management system. Standardico helps you organise the documents, records and evidence an auditor will ask to see — it does not replace the audit.

Which ISO standards are supported?

ISO 9001 (quality), ISO 14001 (environment), ISO 45001 (occupational health and safety), ISO 22301 (business continuity), ISO/IEC 27001 (information security) and ISO/IEC 27701 (privacy). Each comes with its requirements or controls built in.

What is a Statement of Applicability?

ISO/IEC 27001 requires a Statement of Applicability (SoA): a list of the Annex A controls, whether each one applies to your organization, and why. In Standardico you tick the controls, set their implementation status, add a comment and pick the document that addresses each one — and every change is versioned and approved.

Can I upload my existing documents?

Uploading and controlling your own files — with an owner, version, status and review date — is on our roadmap and marked "Coming soon". Today you can build documents from standard-aligned building blocks and add your own wording, with full version history and approvals.

Who can edit and who can approve?

There are four roles. Viewers can read. Editors prepare and save changes. Managers approve them. Company admins manage users, the standards you work with and the company profile.

How is our data kept separate from other companies?

Every company gets its own separate database, and your session only ever connects to yours. See the Security page for the details.

How do we get started?

Request early access. We set up your company account and you receive a company code — your team signs in with that code, their email and a password.
